The day begins at 9:30 am with a visit to the Kitchen Garden, where you will learn about the various plants and harvest ingredients for your lunch. At 10:00 am, you will embark on a Winery and History tour, where you will gain insights into the winemaking process and the heritage of Brown Brothers. Following the tour, at 11:00 am, you will participate in a Guided Wine Tasting session, where you will sample a selection of Brown Brothers'' finest wines.

The grand finale of this experience is a specially designed lunch in the Restaurant at noon, featuring the produce you helped pick that morning. The chefs will personally present a set menu, designed exclusively for you, highlighting the freshness and flavors of the harvest. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with a selection of Brown Brothers'' wines, enhancing your wine tasting experience.
