Mindful in Nature, a certified forest therapy guide, invites you to immerse yourself in a mindfulness meditation experience in the beautiful surroundings of Wildflower Ridge, Mandurah, WA. This full-day retreat involves reflective practices, sensory exploration, and slow movement, designed to help you relax, become more present, and connect with nature.
The experience is a gentle 1.4km walk through grass trees, bushland, and rocky outcrops, taking in the breath-taking views of the hills, Harvey Dam, and the coastal plains to the ocean. Throughout the experience, you will be supported by a qualified coach and mentor to discover your true nature and reflect on your experiences.
This retreat is perfect for anyone seeking to improve their mental and physical health, develop mindfulness practices, or simply take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Mindful in Nature offers guided meditation, mindfulness retreats, meditation classes, workshops, courses, sessions, and exercises, all aimed at promoting mindfulness practices and techniques in Australia.
