Your day begins at 11am with a one-hour Wine Masterclass, led by Sommelier Warrick Duthy. You''ll have the opportunity to taste a selection of wines from the hotel''s multi-award-winning wine list, which was named the Best Pub Restaurant Wine List in Australia in 2021. As you sip and savor, you''ll learn about the Clare Valley''s terroir, geology, and geography, and gain a deeper understanding of what makes the region''s wines so special.

Following the masterclass, you''ll be treated to a full Feed Me Menu, curated by Head Chef Nicola Palmer. This low-waste warrior is dedicated to showcasing the best of the region''s farm-to-plate produce, including organic and bio-dynamic ingredients from local partners like Penobscot Farm. You''ll enjoy a variety of small and large dishes, as well as a delicious dessert.
