As the sun sets, the experience continues at the Watervale Hotel, where guests will indulge in a six-course degustation dinner, carefully crafted by Executive Chef Nicola Palmer and her team of international chefs. Each dish showcases the fresh, natural flavors of Mother Nature, including Penobscot Farm salad and other preserved farm produce. The dinner will be accompanied by wine or mocktail matching and tutored tasting, highlighting Clare Valley terroir, climate, geology, and geography.

This experience is offered 7 days a week, with meetings at the Watervale Hotel by 4 pm. Proper attire and all-weather footwear are recommended. Please notify the Watervale Hotel of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
