Adventure Moreton Island, located in the beautiful Greater Brisbane region of Queensland, offers a variety of scuba diving experiences for both introductory and certified divers. The Tangalooma Shipwrecks, Moreton Island's premier dive location, provides an underwater playground teeming with marine life and coral formations. Divers can expect to see an abundance of tropical fish, wobbegong sharks, turtles, rays, and more.
The experience includes round-trip ferry transfers, scuba diving gear, and a choice between introductory or certified dives. Additionally, guests can enjoy one hour of kayak, stand-up paddleboard, and snorkel equipment hire, as well as access to land activities and resort facilities.
The itinerary for the day includes a 6:30 am check-in at the Tangalooma Wharf, a 7:30 am ferry departure, and a 9:00 am arrival at the resort. Guests can then participate in various activities before checking in for the return ferry departure at 3:30 pm.
Optional add-ons include a marine discovery cruise, snorkel tour, segway tour, sea scooter safari, clear bottom kayak tour, and parasailing.
Adventure Moreton Island requires a deposit of $50pp to cover hire activities throughout the day, and there are minimum age requirements for participation. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or who are pregnant must provide a physician's approval to participate in the tour.
Cancellation fees apply for requests to reschedule, and all tours and activities are subject to weather and tidal conditions. Adventure Moreton Island reserves the right to change or cancel activities in the event of extreme or unsafe conditions.
