Mindful in Nature, a certified forest therapy guide, invites you to explore new wellbeing opportunities with them in the beautiful Paruna Wildlife Sanctuary. This mindfulness meditation experience in Australia is the perfect way to embrace the benefits of slowing down and connecting with nature.
Located in the Greater Perth area of Western Australia, Paruna Wildlife Sanctuary is an important wildlife corridor along the Avon River. Here, Mindful in Nature will guide you through a series of reflective practices, sensory exploration, and slow movement to help you relax, become more present, and connect with the natural world.
The experience begins with a gathering under the Powderbark and Wandoo trees, where you will be invited to engage your senses and tune into the rhythms of nature. You will then embark on a gentle, slow-paced walk through the forest, covering approximately 2.3km.
Throughout the experience, Mindful in Nature will support you in discovering your true nature and encourage you to explore, reflect, and share what you notice around and within you. The experience concludes with a Japanese-inspired tea ceremony, followed by a delicious earth-friendly picnic.
Mindful in Nature is dedicated to promoting mindfulness practices and offers meditation classes, workshops, courses, and sessions to help you cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and connection with yourself and the world around you.
At We Wander, we believe that Mindful in Nature''s approach to mindfulness meditation aligns with our mission to provide unique and inspiring experiences. That''s why we''ve partnered with them to offer this one-of-a-kind mindfulness retreat in the heart of Western Australia''s natural beauty.
