This choir movement reached its pinnacle in the 1960s and experienced a resurgence in 2006 with the arrival of a British Guyana-born Choir Master.

On this cultural day tour, you'll visit the roots of the Central Australian Aboriginal Women's Choir and learn about their story, living in some of Australia's most remote outback Aboriginal communities. The choir performs 16th Century baroque and early romantic hymns on the world stage, including the Sydney Opera House, German Cathedrals, and Washington DC.

The tour also includes visits to the West MacDonnell Ranges, Hermannsburg Historical Precinct, Bethlehem Lutheran Church, and an Art Gallery & Shop. You'll have the opportunity to swim in Ellery Bighole or Ormiston Gorge and walk through ancient orange ridges.
