During the morning pasta-making class, you will learn how to make fresh pasta dough and hand-roll pappardelle and tortellini. You will also cook two seasonal sauces, using the freshest local produce available. The class is a fun and interactive way to learn about international cuisine and baking techniques, and is suitable for all skill levels.

As part of the experience, you will be treated to coffee and tea on arrival, take-home recipes, and will get to take home everything you make.
