Scubabo Cairns invites you to join them on an extraordinary journey to the breathtaking volcanic crater lakes in the Atherton Tablelands rainforest for your SSI Level 2 Freediving Course. This two-day course offers extensive training in essential freediving techniques and safety procedures, enabling you to dive up to 30 meters.

Day one consists of classroom and water sessions where you''ll learn about the physics and physiology of freediving, breathing techniques, relaxation, and safety protocols. You''ll also practice static apnea to increase lung capacity and control.

On day two, explore the stunning Lake Eacham, a volcanic crater lake, and apply your new skills. Dynamic apnea, pull-down, and equalization techniques will be practiced as you swim horizontally through the water and descend to depths of up to 30 meters. Scubabo Cairns'' experienced instructors will ensure your safety and comfort throughout your dives.

Upon successful completion of the dives, you''ll receive your SSI Level 2 Freediving certification, demonstrating your newfound skills and knowledge.
