During this 3-hour class, you will gain practical skills and confidence in plant-based cooking, working alongside their experienced chef. You will learn how to use locally sourced ingredients from the Barossa Valley to create international cuisine classes, gourmet cooking classes, and baking classes. This is a hands-on cooking experience where you will actively participate in preparing the dishes.
The package includes coffee and tea on arrival, take-home recipes, expert instruction and guidance from their Executive Chef, all ingredients, equipment required, and an apron to wear during class.
