Hosted by one of Printhie'ss Sparkling Specialists, start with a guided walking tour of the vineyard followed by a private tasting of the Swift Sparkling range where you'll be able to taste 10yr old sparklings. You'll gain a rare insight into the process of creating one of Australia'ss finest sparkling brands, from base wine to the disgorging and aging process. Then settle in for a five course degustation lunch at Printhie Dining with matching wines enjoying the commanding views over the valley below.
